This doesn’t mean you will develop big, bulky muscles. It means you will build a stronger version of yourself to ride faster for longer and recover quicker. MTB Strength Starter Pack

PT session + 4 week program

 

Train when you want, where you want. Our MTB Strength Starter Pack is perfect for mountain bikers who want to build strength but need to fit it into a busy schedule. Whether your focus is downhill, gravity enduro, trail riding, XCO or epic cross country marathons, you’ll reach your bike goals sooner.

To get started you will need 30-45 minutes, twice a week and some simple equipment like a kettlebell and resistance bands.

When combined with riding your bike, healthy nutritional choices, and good quality sleep, you will notice your performance gains in no time.

Custom Programs

Tailor made training you can do at home, at the gym or on the road.

 

Custom programming is for mountain bikers who are training for a specific goal, are coming back from injury or have other special requirements.

Maybe you need a pre-season strength training program, a program to take with you on the EWS circuit or you have had an injury that you need to rehabilitate. Alice will prepare a custom program that you can follow at home, or wherever you might be. Alice will support you along the way and check your progress periodically either in person or via video call.

You program will be designed based on the facilities and equipment you have available to you and to fit in with your lifestyle.

One-on-One PT
with Alice

Focussed training for exceptional results.

 

One-on-one personal training with Alice is for those that need extra accountability or want additional support to ensure they are training safely and effectively. Whether you want to focus on power, endurance, stability, or overall strength, Alice will help you achieve your goals with individualised sessions.

One-on-one PT is tailored to your mountain bike goals, abilities and fitness level. Your sessions could be in the gym, or at home. With over a decade of experience in strength and conditioning training and a life-long love of bikes, you can be sure that one-on-one training with Alice will deliver results on the bike.

We find people get great results when they do a few personal training sessions with Alice before moving on to a custom program.

About Alice.

Alice is a certified CrossFit instructor, Level 1 Master Trainer, Sports Power Coach and she holds a Certificate III & IV in Fitness. She has over a decade of experience as a coach, gym owner, personal trainer and yoga instructor. With a special interest in fitness and strength for kids and teens, Alice is a certified Australian Sports Commission Community Coach and CrossFit Kids Coach.

As a mountain bike enthusiast she understands the unique demands it puts on your body. She is here to help you ride stronger for longer and recover better.

You know you’ll be in safe hands with Alice looking after you.

When she’s not at the gym you can find her outside getting dirty on her mountain bike or smashing training kms on her road bike.
