





DIY MTB Gym Based Body Building Program
This program is for people that have access to a gym. It is a four week program consisting of three sessions per week, each lasting 30 - 45 minutes. Each week gets harder as you get stronger.
We recommend you have a strong foundation in lifting technique before attempting this program. If you haven’t used weights before, feel free to book a 1-on-1 session with Alice to get the basics dialled.
