This standard 4-week program is for people who want some basic strength training they can do unsupervised at home. It’s great for people with a busy schedule who find it hard to fit training in. Train when you want, where you want.
This four week program includes three sessions per week that will take 30 - 45 minutes each to complete. Each week gets progressively harder as you build you body to ride faster for longer.
You will need some basic equipment to complete this program including a kettle bell or dumbbell, resistance bands and a gym mat. Add on our Gym Equipment Pack if you don’t have these items already.
