Our home gym starter pack has everything you need to start training at home.
Collect from Whippets Workshop when notified it is purchased and ready!
It includes:
various resistance bands (therabands, light & medium)
a kettle bell (4,6,8,10 or 12kg)
fit ball
medicine ball (5 or 9kg); and
a gym mat
we can tailor these packs and add items such as dumbbells, sandbag, heavier kettlebells, sliders and other accessories and also change the program slightly to incorporate these items.
