





MTB Strength Starter Pack (Gym) 1 on 1 + PROGRAM **recommended
This four week program includes an initial 1-on-1 assessment and technique session with Alice. She will then write a program tailored to your riding discipline, goals, equipment and fitness level that you can do at your preferred gym.
At the end of the 4 weeks, you can chose to have another follow up 1-on-1 catch up with Alice to check your progress before the next 4 week training block.
